How To Book Appointments

1) Call at different times of the day. From 7:30am to 11:00am is the best time of day. The 2nd best time is from 5:30pm until 9:00pm.

​

2) Grab a stack of no more than 30 Leads at a time.

​

3) Change your dial pattern. Dial through all Leads 1 time. Flip the stack over and dial each lead 2 times. Flip the stack over and dial each lead 3 times.

​

4) Later in the day use *67 to call through the leads again.

​

5) Next dial session, triple dial each lead.

​

6) Dial from a different number.

​

7) Final Expense Text: "If this is Dolores, Call ME ASAP!"

​

8) Mortgage Protection Text: Send picture of the lead and let them know you are in the area over the next 2 days and give them 3 times to pick from.

​

9) Door Knock all unresolved leads with the printed lead in hand. "I am the assigned underwriter in the area assigned to your case"

​

10) E-Mail any leads if you are provided an e-mail address.

​

11) Leave a voicemail using the opening line of the script and ask for a call back.

​
